使用公众号原始id来关注公众号，一般id是以gh_开头的。这个id可以从文章页获取，随便找一篇公众号的文章查看网页源代码搜索var user_name后面的id就是。测试传公众号的微信号也可以，不过还是建议使用原始id，因为客户端内部都是用的原始id。

关注公众号前请先调用获取公众号历史接口
